Real Estate Landlord and Investing Club Acknowledged for the Successful Events and Service
Michigan Real Estate Investing Clubs, Landlords, Groups, Associations, REIA, Networks, Schools, Courses, Training and Mentoring Programs Found Under One Roof

 National Real Estate Network LLC (NREN), Michigan Real Estate Club, was acknowledged at a breakfast meeting in Livonia, Michigan on a Monday in December.

National Speaker, Pat Winter,  known as Mr. Commercial Real Estate has been watching the investor clubs and networks operations for years. Mr. Winter is active resident and real estate broker in Oakland County.

Mr. Winter said at the award event “National Real Estate Network LLC is the only club I have seen in the market that focuses on severing its members. The club gives new members Rental Property Management Forms disk with all the forms they need to do rental agreements, eviction forms, and court forms. They make huge difference for anyone looking to get in the land lording and rental business. They have events where they focus on introducing local experts that have proven success in the local market. They are the only club that has 3-4 meetings a month for membership training. In the month of December they had 4 different nights of training on: Owning and Managing Transition Houses for recovering drug addiction, Operating Assisted Living Facility, How to make money in declining real estate market, and panel of experts in major investing fields to answer members questions.”

This Group has doubled in size in the last six months with their go getting approach to Real Estate investing at a grass root level. The Club Meetings are on the 3rd Thursday every month at the Laurel Manor, at 39000 Schoolcraft, Livonia, Michigan.
Meeting time is 6:00 pm till 9:00 pm
