Random Haus Palm Springs ‘Sneak Peek’ Night a Success

On Thursday, October 24th, 2012, a Sneak Peek Event was held at the currently-under-construction Random Haus Palm Springs in Palm Springs, Calif.

Approximately 50 people attended the event and had the opportunity to see two of the units that were the most complete which enabled the guests to get a feel for the layouts. Staff giving the tours explained where all of the furnishings and features would be located and talked about some of the highlights of the property.

The event was invitation-only and consisted of realtors and Palm Springs City employees, as well as others who were and will be instrumental to the success of Random Haus Palm Springs.

Jensen’s Market provided hors d’oeuvres, wine and beer for guests of the Sneak Peek.
The property will boast 12 ultra-luxury condominiums in a prime location that is just a short walk to downtown Palm Springs. The condos will range from approximately 1100 to over 2100 square feet with two- and three- bedroom, two- and three-bath units available.
Each condominium will be furnished with stainless steel appliances, wine coolers, spa-inspired bathrooms with “looking glass” showers, and entertainment centers with flat screen televisions in the living rooms and bedrooms.

The property will feature a sparkling courtyard pool, barbecue grills, balconies or patios for each condo, a community garden with fire pit and outdoor kitchen, and full-time housekeeping and concierge.
