Guy Fawkes Night Fireworks at Kempton Park Racecourse Expected to Sell Fast

The event promises to be one of the most spectacular fireworks displays in London

Kempton Park racecourse is offering revellers the chance to enjoy one of the most spectacular fireworks displays in London. The event will take place at Kempton Park in Sunbury on Thames on Saturday the 3rd of November. The Guy Fawkes Night event organised by Staines Round Table and Feltham and Hounslow 41 Club will raise money for local charities.

Gates open at 6.00pm and the display will begin at approximately 8.00pm, so get down there earlier to make a most of what is guaranteed to be a great night’s entertainment. Fireworks are not the only excitement on offer with a Fun Fair running throughout the evening as well as a host of other activities that will ensure families with younger children are well catered-to.

One of the highlights of the evening will no doubt be a performance by up-and-coming boyband Concept who have previously delighted the crowd during summer’s Kempton Live events. Concept are a five-piece group from Basingstoke who perform upbeat acoustic guitar-laden pop. Also performing in the grandstand area will be a selection of other live artists. Costa Coffee will be on site to serve hot food and drinks in the relaxed seating area. Other food available will be a ‘Best of British’ outlet and an Italian Trattoria selling freshly baked pizzas. This event will not serve alcohol and no alcohol is permitted on site.

Advance tickets can be purchased online at http://www.kemptonfireworks.org.uk before 4pm on Wednesday the 31st of October. Advance tickets cost £6 and tickets will be sold at £8 on the gate on the night. Children under five are admitted free of charge. No alcohol, sparklers or dogs are permitted inside the vent. Tickets can also be bought from local retailers and the event is expected to sell out. Please visit the website for a list of ticket outlets.

The Guy Fawkes Event kicks off a whole season of winter fun at Kempton Park, leading up to the annual William Hill Winter Festival, a two-day event that culminates in the prestigious King George VI Chase on Boxing Day. Die-hard racing fans or those new to boxing day racing alike will thoroughly enjoy one of the most important sporting events in the British calendar. Kempton Park is located just outside central London and is easily accessible by car or public transport.
