First Marblehead to Broadcast Annual Stockholders Meeting on November 13, 2012

The First Marblehead Corporation (NYSEFMD) today announced that it plans to broadcast its annual meeting of stockholders at 10:00 a.m. Eastern time on Tuesday, November 13, 2012. The meeting will be held at 60 State Street, Boston, Massachusetts, 02109. Daniel Meyers, First Marblehead's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, will provide his remarks on the company.
