Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart’s romance seems to be back on solid ground following Stewart’s cheating scandal, but sources say the 22-year-old actress is still struggling with her mistake. The Twilight star sometimes has “bad days” when it comes to feeling guilty about her brief fling with married director Rupert Sanders last July.
Pattinson, 26, is ready to put the past behind them, an insider tells Us Weekly magazine. "He's never going to forget what she did, but he has forgiven her. Almost losing him was a wake-up call for Kristen. And Rob doesn't want to be angry anymore. They want to move forward,” the source says.
"They're comfortable, almost as if no scandal had occurred,” adds another source.
The couple briefly split after Stewart admitted to cheating on Pattinson with Sanders, her director for Snow White and the Huntsman. They reportedly reunited in October and have been together ever since.
Pattinson and Stewart are currently on a promotional tour for the fifth and final installment in the Twilight film series, Breaking Dawn Part 2.
