Britney Spears Bounced from Ball after Paris Hilton Makes a Call
As if things couldn’t get any worse for Britney Spears, the former pop princess has found her royalty status revoked.
Having already had the American media turn their back on her; Spears is now being snubbed by Europeans. Britney may have Paris Hilton to thank for her latest publicity catastrophe.
Reports have indicated that Spears name is no longer on the invite list to Austria’s premier social event, Vienna Opera Ball, because Paris Hilton will be attending. Hilton will be the guest of Richard Lugner and his wife Christina. Lugner has made it a habit to invite high-profile stars to the event. Carmen Electra and Pamela Anderson have been past guests of the Austrian businessman.
Spears and Hilton were to attend the event as Lugner’s guests but Hilton has shied away from Britney’s company.
Hilton had befriended Spears after the “Toxic” singer declared she was free of husband Kevin Federline, but just a few weeks after keeping Hollywood clubs in business the two had a falling out.
