As part of the agreement Alexander Seropian, the founder and CEO of Wideload Games, will join Disney Interactive Studios as the vice president of creative. Alexander was among the creators of the Halo® series and is renowned as the founder of Bungie Software. At Disney his task will be to oversee creative development across Disney Interactive Studios' array of video games.

Wideload's focus will continue to be on developing innovative video game content. Wideload Games also established Wideload Shorts in 2007 for online and handheld games. As part of Disney Interactive Studios, Wideload Shorts will continue to create original properties for casual gaming.
