Close-Up Talk Radio Spotlights Stephane Rancourt of MPEX Business Solutions
Quebec, Canada – With over twenty years experience, Stephane Rancourt is a proven leader in the field of workforce software solutions. Stephane became fascinated with computer technology at an early age and became quite proficient by sixteen.
After graduating from Lapocatière College in Quebec with a degree in Instrumentation and Control Technology, Stephane leaped into his field working for several data system firms in Canada.
“I started in sales but my knowledge of programming allowed me to work very closely with the programming departments. As my career went on I started to see all aspects and issues within the company especially within time management. I saw the flaws and learned what the clients wanted most.” says Rancourt.
In 1999, Stephane’s experience led him to become the Director of Sales at Informatique Lacouline. The company specialized in the development and implementation of Employee Tracking business solutions to process employee time and attendance.
By 2002, Rancourt became the President of Exactsoft Inc. With Exactsoft, he built off of his sales and programming knowledge to truly understand what client’s needed and how they could obtain peak production levels. Over the next five years, Exactsoft Technologies would become the leading provider of integrated software solutions, workforce management, and time/attendance.
Since the formation of MPEX Business Solutions in 2009, Rancourt says, “with tremendous advancements in technology and the Internet, our software makes it easy for companies to handle employee workforce and time management. Employees can virtually communicate from anywhere. The self-service program is very convenient. Our software simplifies the process of employee management and works for companies of literally any size, large to small. Perhaps what makes our software so appealing is just how user-friendly it is.”
In less than five years, MPEX has built an impressive client list in Canada and though they have primarily worked with companies in manufacturing and retail, Stephane has plans to expand to other industries and other countries.
