Juma Tech’s (OTCBB: JUMT) Subsidiary Nectar Adds New Channel Partner

Nectar Services Corp., an IP communications services firm and wholly owned subsidiary of Juma Technology Corp. (OTCBB: JUMT), recently announced Consultedge, Inc. as the newest member of the Nectar Channel Reseller Program.

Consultedge, a Platinum and National Avaya BusinessPartner and leader in voice and data systems, currently boasts over 1,500 existing clients. Headquartered in Whippany, New Jersey since its founding in 2000, Consultedge has expanded to include offices in New York, North Carolina, Florida, Pennsylvania and California. Nectar's Converged Management Platform was selected by Consultedge as the basis of their new Managed Services offering. Nectar's management platform is a "perfect compliment" to Consultedge's already stellar communication services. "At Consultedge, we believe in providing clients with best-in-class products, services and support, and we choose strategic partners who are able to compliment our offers and share the same level of commitment," said Neal Stanton, President and CEO of Consultedge. "Nectar is a proven leader in managed voice and data networks, offering proprietary solutions second to none.” Still, products and services are only one part of why our collaboration makes sense: Consultedge and Nectar both share a commitment to provide customized business solutions that increase productivity, improve mobility and facilitate cost savings for clients," said Stanton.  Nectar's President of Global Channels, David Giangano, expressed tremendous confidence in the new Consultedge-Nectar partnership. "The Nectar Channel Reseller Program has enjoyed great success because of the caliber of our esteemed partners. With Consultedge joining our program, we are gaining an extraordinary team of professionals that bring with them enormous potential," said Giangano. "We have long recognized the Consultedge team as savvy business professionals. To have them select the Nectar platform is another validation of our technology solutions and market strength." Anthony M. Servidio, Chief Executive Officer of parent-company Juma Technology, said, "We all look forward to working alongside Consultedge as they launch their managed services offering into the marketplace, powered by Nectar. With Nectar's services now in the Consultedge portfolio, they will be an even more powerful solutions provider with a broader reach and greater ability to deliver additional value to their customers."
