Hilary Duff Stalker Sentenced to 117 Days in Jail

The 18-year-old man arrested for stalking the popular singer and actress Hilary Duff was sentenced to 117 days in jail by a Superior Court judge on Friday.

Maksim Myaskovskiy pled no contest to stalking the 20-year-old Duff last year. He was arrested in November for making threatening phone calls stating that he planned to harm the “Lizzie McGuire” star.

Before his arrest Myaskovskiy was the subject of a protection order filed by Duff in October.

Myaskovskiy was also ordered to serve five year s probation after his release.
