Dobro Legend Jerry Douglas is Sliding Through the Georgia Theatre
A 13-time Grammy winner and 3-time CMA musician of the year, Jerry Douglas has firmly established himself as, arguably, the most well known dobro player of all time. With a list of collaborators reading like a who’s-who of musical greats, Douglas has helped propel the dobro from it’s place in the pigeon hole of a “bluegrass instrument” to a versatile, and highly sought after addition to any stage or studio ensemble. Supporting his most recent studio album, “Traveler”, Douglas will be joined by special guests High Strung String Band. If there is one show you have to see before the year’s end, this is it!
