Roger Sears, managing director of Buckit Solutions has the drive, knowledge, and passion of an experienced software veteran twice his age. The son of an ex-Marine, a strong sense of work ethic was instilled upon Roger at an early age. “For me, there was never any doubt in my mind that you had to work to get what you want. I’ve always had an entrepreneurial sense. Thankfully, I was able to earn what I needed to build to each step of my career leading to Buckit Solutions,” says Sears.
With a strong passion for math and computer science, Roger earned his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems/Information Assurance, and worked as a consultant for years. In each experience with companies like Information Control Corporation in Ohio, Roger showcased his talent for helping clients through system integration, content management, line-of -business applications, and the enhancement of web technologies.
“Through my years of work as a consultant, I learned a lot and made some incredible contacts. During this time, I gained insight into the business side. However, consultant work can become monotonous. I wanted to start my own product company.”
Founded in 2011, Roger Sears and the incredible staff at Buckit Solutions have already propelled themselves into the top 5% in the business solutions industry. Within the first two weeks, Buckit Solutions was already seeing profits.
