Brooke Mueller, Charlie Sheen’s third wife, is continuing her battle against drug addiction with another trip to rehab. The rehab stint will reportedly be her 19th – she previously sought help numerous times for drug and alcohol addiction.
This time, the mom of two is seeking help for an addiction to Adderall. Adderall is a psycho-stimulant typically used to treat attention deficient disorder. "Brooke was uncomfortable with the way Adderall was making her behave," Mueller's attorney, Yale Galanter, told TMZ.com. "Brooke continues her lifelong battle with drug addiction by taking these steps herself to prevent a further drug relapse."
Mueller checked into rehab last night. It is unclear how long she plans to stay. The 35-year-old’s decision comes four days after she was hospitalized for dehydration and exhaustion.
"An assistant thought Brooke was non-responsive while she was napping and hastily called an ambulance," her rep told TMZ at the time. "As a precaution, Brooke was brought to a local hospital and discharged after an hour. She was diagnosed with exhaustion and dehydration and is now fine and resting at home."
