Georgia Theatre to Host Athens’ Own Packway Handle Band January 26th
Since 2001, Packway Handle Band has been finding critical praise and nation-wide audiences for their high-energy, “gather-round-the-mic” performances. Drawing from a catalogue of crafted originals, clever arrangements of American traditionals, and unexpected covers drenched in bluegrassy stylings, they have performed twice at the Telluride Bluegrass Competition and built a buzz around themselves as a young stringband with great potential.
