2013 will bring many changes for Kim Kardashian – namely becoming a first time mom. Speaking to E! News shortly before ringing in the New Year with boyfriend Kanye West, Kardashian said she is already adjusting to changes brought on by her pregnancy.
"I've felt good. I've felt no morning sickness but it isn't the easiest," she said. "People always say pregnancy is so easy and fun. It's definitely an adjustment; It's learning about your body, but I've felt really good."
One thing Kardashian is looking forward to is finding out the gender of her baby. "Of course I do want to know," she said. "I can't find out yet, but I do want to know."
The 32-year-old is about 12 weeks pregnant. West announced her pregnancy at his Atlantic City concert on Sunday night. The rapper shared the news in a special way – he sang "and now she's having my baby.” West later stopped a song to encourage the crowd of 5,000 to “make some noise for my baby mama.”
Kardashian then confirmed her pregnancy in a blog post. “It’s true!! Kanye and I are expecting a baby. We feel so blessed and lucky and wish that in addition to both of our families, his mom and my dad could be here to celebrate this special time with us. Looking forward to great new beginnings in 2013 and to starting a family. Happy New Year!!! Xo,” she wrote.
The reality star took her romance with West, 35, public last April. The relationship came about six months after she filed for divorce from Brooklyn Nets star Kris Humphries. They were married for just 72 days. The divorce has not been finalized.
