Kim Kardashian’s unborn baby will follow in her reality TV footsteps. E! has promised to capture all things related to Kardasian and Kanye West preparing for and welcoming Baby Kardashian-West.
"Kim and Kanye are an incredibly dynamic couple, and their baby news is just so exciting. Like so many Kardashian fans, we love it when this close-knit family gets even bigger. We look forward to sharing the joy as they prepare for more diapers, more bottles and without a doubt, more fabulous baby wear,” E! president Suzanne Kolb told The Hollywood Reporter in a statement.
The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star has already opened up to Us Weekly about the first 12 weeks of her pregnancy. "I haven't had any morning sickness, but it still isn't the easiest," she said. "People always say it's easy and fun. It's definitely an adjustment learning about your body and stuff like that. I've been feeling really good."
West announced the news Sunday at his Atlantic City concert. After singing "and now she's having my baby,” the rapper encouraged the crowd of 5,000 to “make some noise for my baby mama.”
Kardashian took to her official website to confirm the surprise announcement. “It’s true!! Kanye and I are expecting a baby. We feel so blessed and lucky and wish that in addition to both of our families, his mom and my dad could be here to celebrate this special time with us. Looking forward to great new beginnings in 2013 and to starting a family. Happy New Year!!! Xo,” she wrote in a blog post.
Kardashian, 32, and West, 35, went public with their romance last April. The relationship came about six months after Kardashian filed for divorce from Brooklyn Nets star Kris Humphries. They were married for just 72 days. The divorce has not been finalized.
