Rob Kardashian’s motto may be “marriage then baby,” but he’s still happy that older sister Kim Kardashian is expecting a child with her boyfriend Kanye West. Speaking to E! News about the surprise baby announcement, Kardashian says another little one in the family will be a “beautiful blessing.” The 25-year-old is already uncle to sister Kourtney’s two children - Mason, 3, and Penelope, 6 months –with longtime boyfriend Scott Disick.
"It's beautiful. It's a blessing. The new year, we've got another child coming, so that's great. Kim's never had a baby, so it's going to be a beautiful blessing,” he said.
Kim will likely still be legally married to second husband Kris Humphries when she gives birth this summer. She left Humphries in October 2011 after just 72 days of marriage. The pair is currently in the middle of a legal battle in which Kardashian is refusing to agree to an annulment on the grounds of fraud. The next hearing on the case is set for February 15.
West announced Kardashian’s pregnancy on December 30 at an Atlantic City concert. He has been dating the reality star for about 8 months.
