Chris Pratt says his baby boy with wife Anna Faris is healthy and thriving despite being born over 2 months premature in August. Now 4-months-old, baby Jack is a smiling, laughing “ball of joy.”
“Oh, God, he is just … he’s amazing. I love him so much. He’s just a ball of joy. He’s terrific,” the actor told David Letterman Wednesday on the Late Show.
“He was born nine weeks premature, so we spent a month in the intensive care unit with him,” Pratt revealed. “But he’s totally healthy now. He is just so perfect and I love him so much.”
Jack is the couple’s first child. Pratt, 33, and Faris, 36, wed in July 2009 after more than 2 years of dating.
Pratt is perhaps best known for his role on NBC’s Parks and Recreation. His film credits include Moneyball, Bride Wars, What’s Your Number? and The Five Year Engagement. He can be seen next alongside Jessica Chastain in Zero Dark Thirty.
Faris’ film credits include The House Bunny, What’s Your Number? and The Dictator. Her upcoming films include Movie 43 and I Give It A Year.
