Police in Beason, Illinois found the bodies of five family members who had apparently been murdered and are now cautioning people in the area about a possible killer on the loose.
In a news conference Tuesday morning Logan County Sheriff Steve Nichols stated, “This was a brutal homicide against an entire family and we are determined to identify and arrest those responsible.”
The bodies of Raymond Gee, 46; Ruth Gee, 39; Justina Constant, 16; Dillon Constant, 14; and Austin Gee, 11 were discovered by police shortly after they responded to a call about shots being fired. Olice also found a three-year-old girl who survived the attack.
Nichols went on to say in the news conference, “Until we find this person, we would consider this person armed and dangerous.”
