Gold Companies Dropped in Tuesday Noon Trading

Several of America’s top gold companies rose in afternoon trading on Tuesday.

The following companies all rose at noon at Tuesday trading:

Barrick Gold (NYSE: ABX) rose 86 cents, or 2.4 percent, to $37.37.

Gold Fields (NYSE: GFI) rose 35 cents, or 2.6 percent, to $14.05.

Goldcorp (NYSE: GG) rose $1.49 or 3.6 percent, to $42.40.

Newmont Mining (NYSE: NEM) rose $1.45 or 3.3 percent, to $45.86.
