GelTech Solutions, Inc. (OTC: GLTC) has signed a 10 year agreement for distribution of its fire suppressant, FireIce, in China and Taiwan. The distributer must purchase $268,000 of FireIce each month which would equal out to over $32 million over 10 years. GelTech has already begun production of FireIce. Shipping of the product to the distribution group will begin at the end of September 2009.

FireIce is currently under patent by Geltech. The fire suppressant can be used as a retardant for structure protection and for direct attack of fires. FireIce can be used in fire extinguishers, pumper trucks, and aerial units to put out wildfires or for personal home protection.
