Registered dietitian, Jayson Hunter reveals three tips on healthy eating to help us focus on healthy living in our fast paced lives. He believes that tips on healthy eating are specifically aimed at people who have hectic lifestyles.
Tips for healthy eating are very effective in ensuring that we eat the right foods and cope with heavy workloads.
Hunter explains, “Nowadays, not many people focus on eating healthy. They are more concerned about staying in the rat race. Tips on healthy eating ensure that such people receive their daily nutrient requirement and stay in the rat race”. He adds, “Tips on healthy eating help us make the right choice when it comes to our foods. They help us avoid junk food when we need to cope with the demands of lack of time caused by ever-increasing workloads”.
Here are Hunter’s three tips on healthy eating:
1) Eat at regular intervals and don’t skip meals – Ensure that you eat about 5-6 small meals a day at regular intervals. You must eat smaller portions more frequently. This is one of the most important tips on health eating.
2) Learn to cook and eat healthy foods – Eating fresh home cooked meals is the best tip on healthy eating. Say no to processed and packaged foods that are high on calories and low on nutrition.
3) Stay away from sugary stuff – Sugary drinks such as colas, etc. don’t add anything in terms of nutrition to our bodies. They just drain your body of its energy levels and do not provide any nourishment.
