Close-Up Talk Radio Spotlights Terrie Lea of God's Singing Children
Green Cove Springs, FL – Life can be full of trials and tribulations. At times, the power of the human spirit may not be enough. In the face of tragedy and obstacles, some people don’t know where to turn. When serious illness struck Terrie Lea, the Lord called and she answered.
“Suffering a stroke at 29 years old, it was the Lord who healed me. Time and time again he has taken care of me. Through good and bad, I know that the Lord will take care of me. Everything comes from the Lord,” exclaims Terrie Lea. “I was always a bit shy and never wanted to be in the public eye. It was the Lord who made me sing. He gave me the strength to preach his love to others through word and song.”
Terrie Lea wrote her first song in 1994 and has since written over 200 songs of faith releasing four albums with God’s Singing Children and is currently working on the fifth album. Ever since first being blessed with her voice, Terrie Lea has focused on sharing her experiences and faith eventually becoming an Ordained Song Minister. As an inspirational singer and composer of God’s Singing Children, she has traveled to many churches to host performances and spread the word of the Lord.
Determination and perseverance come to mind when thinking of Terrie Lea. Over the years, Terrie Lea has faced multiple health issues and personal struggles, even pushing her to the brink of giving up on the power of her voice.
“The Lord gave me this voice. He will never give up on me and I will never give up on him. He gave me things when I had absolutely nothing. I want people to know what they can have if they believe in the Lord.”
Through strength, honesty, and conviction Terrie Lea has been able to touch the lives of many people in need of answers. Her experiences and how the Lord has been there through thick and thin are transmitted through the power of her voice and songs. Terrie Lea looks forward to the continuation of sharing her story and her relationship with the Lord.
When Terrie Lea’s not writing and composing songs for God’s Singing Children, she spends her time hard at work as the owner of Terrie’s Fountain of Youth, which distributes the anti-aging and enzyme boosting supplement Protandim. Terrie Lea is also a distributor of Polli Water Beads.
