Time Is Love To Promote Random Acts Of Kindness

Time is Love has announced the release of its new website dedicated to covering inspirational stories and kindness toward others. Offering readers a look into the positive news stories, Time is Love will set out to promote the idea of putting aside the stress of everyday life and making a conscious effort to love and care for others. The site includes a blog, a section for readers to submit their own acts of kindness, and a collection of love quotes.

Creator Vladimir Gendelman thought of the idea when he was out to dinner and saw a large percentage of the guests talking on their phone, sitting on their laptop, and engaging in other distractions. A dedicated family man, Gendelman was astonished at the lack of quality time that people were spending with friends and loved ones.

“I couldn’t believe how many people were distracted by their phone, computer, or other pieces of technology. They simply couldn’t tear themselves away. Time is Love is about getting away from the distractions of everyday life and making time to love others,” said Gendelman.

During difficult economic and social times, hearing good news is somewhat of a rarity. Time is love will cover stories of love and kindness as well as ways individuals can set aside time to help others. Hear stories of extraordinary kindness toward complete strangers, organizations set on making a positive impact on the world, and how technology can serve a greater purpose than just a distraction.

Time is Love will also host a section where users can submit their own stories of kindness and positively impacting their community. Readers will get the chance to share their positive stories with the world and give a different view on how to make time to love others.

Gendelman believes that a social change is necessary during these difficult times:

“We have to start working together to overcome the difficulties we are faced with. Selfishness and lack of compassion toward others will not solve any of our problems. We need to work together, love one another, and find ways to become more united in making the world a better place,” said Gendelman.

Launched just a week ago, the Time is Love site already has hundreds reading and embracing the idea of using some of their time to positively impact the life of another.
