Since 2009, Mr. Mahon has provided consulting services to Federal Signal since January 2009. Leo Mahon will report to the president and chief executive officer of Federal Signal, William H. Osborne. Mr. Mahon will be directly responsible for business development and corporate strategy.

Prior to working for Federal Signal Corp., Leo Mahon served as VP in the industrial investment banking group at Goldman Sachs. He has also served as VP in Morgan Stanley’s investment banking group. He received his Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University Of Chicago Graduate School Of Business. He received his Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance and Accounting from Marquette University.
