Carlisle Companies Announces the Acquirement of Jerrik, Inc.

Carlisle Companies Inc. (NYSE: CSL) has announced they have acquired Jerrik, Inc. Jerrik manufactures and designs military and aerospace filter connectors. Jerrik’s produces sales of about $20 million annually. The company will operate as part of Carlisle Interconnect Technologies.

The demand for highly engineered specialty connectors has grown tremendously recently from the growth of defense electronic and avionics through military and commercial aerospace platforms. Jerrik’s products are used in wire and cable assemblies designed by Carlisle Interconnect Technologies.
