"Their Royal Highnesses The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are delighted to confirm they are expecting a baby in July," the rep said in a statement. "The Duchess's condition continues to improve since her stay in hospital last month.”
An insider says the couple plans to keep the gender of the baby a secret until delivery.
Prince William and Kate Middleton were forced to announce their baby news in December after Middleton was hospitalized for treatment of Hyperemesis Gravidarum, or severe morning sickness. Hyperemesis Gravidarum, which only occurs in about 1 percent of pregnancies, can cause fainting, lightheadedness, weight loss, vomiting and acute nausea.
Meanwhile, William and Kate are making some big changes for their expanding family – they recently placed an advertisement for a “standard housekeeping” position at their new home in Kensington Palace. A rep said the advertisement went out to those already on the royal staff. The position will include doing basic housekeeping chores and running simple errands. The U.K.'s Sunday Express reports at least 15 people have already applied for the job.
