Brazilian striker Ronaldo has left Real Madrid and signed with AC Milan, ending a fractured relationship with Madrid coach Fabio Capello.
The two clubs agreed to a euro 7.5 million deal. As part of the arrangement, AC Milan will loan striker Richaro Oliveira to Real Madrid.
Ronaldo, a three-time world player of the year, joined Madrid in 2002 and helped his club capture the Spanish league title. Since that time the 30-year-old hasn’t been able to equal that feat.
Earlier this month David Beckham left Real Madrid for the Los Angeles Galaxy of the MLS in the U.S.
