Four Killed After Gas Station Explosion
At least four people have been killed near a West Virginia ski resort after a gas station explosion.
The blast occurred around 10:45 Tuesday morning at the Flat Top Little General Store when a propane tank or liquid petroleum tank ruptured. While four people had been confirmed dead at least nine others were seriously injured.
Firefighters had arrived at the gas station just as the explosion occurred. They had been responding to a report of a possible leak.
The entire gas station was leveled by the explosion.
