Oklahoma Sooners quarterback Sam Bradford is said to be progressing well in his recovery from a sprained shoulder that has sidelined him for most of the year but coach Bob Stoops has not said if the Heisman Trophy winner will be taking any snaps next week when they face the Miami Hurricanes.
Bradford was injured in the Sooners opening game loss to BYU and has missed the last two games as a result of that sprained shoulder. The junior quarterback travelled to Alabama over the weekend to meet with Dr. James Andrews to get an opinion on how his sprained AC joint was looking.
Stoops has said he will make a decision about Bradford’s status some time before kickoff.
