Sean Lowe continued his Bachelor journey this week with a second round of dates in Los Angeles. Chris Harrison visits the ladies at the mansion and informs them that there will be the usual set of dates – 2 one-on-ones and 1 group – but several girls will be left out of the dates. He also delivers the first date card, which goes to Lesley M.
Sean takes Lesley to Guinness World Records Museum. After exploring the museum Sean informs her they will attempt to break the record for the longest onscreen kiss in front of an audience outside the museum. They break the record with a 3 minute and 16 second kiss. Things get more serious over champagne later in the night. Lesley opens up about her childhood and her desire to have a marriage like her parents. Sean admits he has feelings for her. Lesley receives the date rose.
The group date goes to Kacie, Robyn, Leslie H., Kristy, Catherine, Desiree, Taryn, Amanda, Lindsay, Daniella, Jackie, and Tierra. Sean and the girls arrive at the beach where a game of volleyball is waiting. The winning team will spend more time with Sean while the losing team returns to the Bachelor mansion. It comes down to Desiree serving for her team. She scores the winning point that sends Catherine, Taryn, Leslie, Kristy, Tierra, and Daniella back to the mansion. Desiree, Kacie, Lindsay, Jackie, Robyn, and Amanda return with Sean to his bachelor pad for one-on-one time. Kacie uses her time to warn Sean about the tension building between Amanda and Desiree. She attempts to use her friendship with Desiree to justify her tattling, but Sean is having none of it. He questions her about why she is even involving herself in something that has nothing to do with her. Sean urges Kacie to act like herself and not act like a “crazy person.” The date rose goes to Lindsay.
The final date card goes to Ashlee. Just as Sean arrives to pick her up, Tierra takes a nasty fall down the stairs. Sean calls paramedics because Tierra is unresponsive and appears to be in pain, but once they arrive Tierra refuses help and insists that everyone leave her alone. Sean and Ashlee are finally able to leave for their date. The date turns out to be a day at Six Flags with two chronically ill friends that have never met in person. Sean, Ashlee and the two girls have fun riding different rides and playing games. At the end of the day they are all treated to a private performance by the Eli Young Band. During their alone time later, Ashlee opens up about her adoption and her desire to adopt a child when she gets married. Sean gives her the date rose.
At the start of the rose ceremony Sean pulls Kacie outside to send her home. He explains that he views her as a friend and doesn’t want to mess up their friendship. The rose ceremony results in Taryn and Kristy going home.
