Kelly Osbourne is reportedly preparing to exchange vows with her boyfriend of more than a year, vegan baker Matthew Mosshart. According to Us Weekly magazine, Mosshart popped the question before the Christmas holiday.
"Kelly is the happiest she's ever been," an insider tells Us Weekly. "Her career is going well, and she's in a healthy relationship with a wonderful guy."
Osbourne’s famous parents, Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne, approve of Mosshart and are on board with the couple’s plans of a summer wedding this year.
The Fashion Police cohost has not commented on the rumors. She met Mosshart at the July 2011 wedding of supermodel Kate Moss and rocker Jamie Hince. Osbourne, 28, and Mosshart, 29, took their romance public later that year.
Osbourne was previously engaged to model Luke Worrall. She ended their 1 year engagement in July 2010 amid reports of Worrall cheating.
