Truli Media Group/Passport-TV -- Truli Travel Announcement

Truli Media Group, Inc. (OTCQBTRLI) is teaming up with Passport-TV LTD to develop a new brand of Christian travel products in a new venture named "Truli Travel."

The World Tourist Organization estimates that more than 300 million people embark on some sort of religious travel each year, spending more than $18 billion in the process. This new venture plans to become a major provider of Christian travel packages and gain a substantial part of these revenues.

In addition, Truli Travel will offer pastors, community leaders and churches an opportunity to televise their own special and spiritual trips and feature items on Truli's web content platform, as well as other Christian TV networks from around the world.

Truli Travel will contract with tour operators around the world and will offer its clients travel experiences, including pilgrimage tours to the Holy Land, mission trips and conference cruises, and short-term mission trips to faith attractions such as The Holy Land Experience in Orlando, Florida, California Spanish Missions, the Creation Museum outside of Cincinnati and many more.

Truli Travel's special trips will be televised by Passport-TV, led by veteran travel shows' Executive Producer Nir Haley and his international team of production experts, and will be distributed by Truli Media Group on its own web platform and on other Christian TV networks.

The theme tours will be planned and guided by renowned Christian VIP Guide, Ms. Tisha Michelle, whose clients have included many US Senators, State Governors, and international celebrities.

Truli Travel is a partnership between Truli Media Group and Passport-TV, a subsidiary of Los Angeles-based, All Media Management.

"We are excited to team up with Passport-TV, to offer our partners a unique opportunity to share with their congregations a travel experience of a lifetime," said Michael Jay Solomon, Truli Media Group's Founder and CEO. "I am confident that this new content will serve our viewers taking part in these special tours, as well as those who can only experience it through the TV and online medium."

"Teaming up with Michael Solomon and his team is truly a dream come true," said Nir Haley from Passport-TV. "I met Michael years ago, when he was head of Warner Bros. International, in charge of international TV content distribution. I am eager to join forces with him and to introduce this new concept of spiritual and emotional travel shows."
