Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (January
28, 2013) – Volpe and Koenig, P.C., an intellectual property law firm

that founding shareholder Anthony S. Volpe recently presented on “Issues to
Consider During Settlement and Licensing Negotiations with an NPE,” at the New
Jersey Intellectual Property Law Association’s (NJIPLA) Second Annual
Electronics, Telecom and Software Patent Practice Update, held on January 24,
2013, in Iselin, New Jersey.
The
CLE program featured panel discussions on issues that clients face when sued for
patent infringement non-practicing entities, educated intellectual property
attorneys about the latest developments in patent law under the America Invents
Act, and reviewed recent court rulings that impact the patent practice in the
electronics, telecom and software sectors.
The
NJIPLA is a professional organization of over 300 practicing intellectual property attorneys, patent agents, law
students, and interested individuals, primarily from New Jersey, New York,
Pennsylvania and Connecticut. NJIPLA is committed to offering its

Volpe
