Jamie Lynn Sigler is ready to walk down the aisle with her boyfriend of about a year, Washington Nationals infielder Cutter Dykstra. The couple announced the news Monday on Twitter with a picture of Sigler wearing her engagement ring.
“So this just happened,” Sigler wrote.
“She said yes!!” Dykstra added.
No other details on the engagement have been released. An insider tells Us Weekly magazine Sigler, 31, “couldn’t be happier” with Dykstra, 23.
“Although they have only been together for a year, they both know that this is it for both of them. They are both on cloud nine as are their families and friends,” adds the source.
This will be the second marriage for Sigler. She ended her two year marriage to her manager A.J. DiScala in 2005.
Sigler is perhaps best known for starring alongside James Gandolfini on The Sopranos. She most recently starred on the first season of NBC’s Guys With Kids.
