Jenelle Evans is determined to completely erase estranged husband Courtland Rogers from her life – RadarOnline.com reports the Teen Mom 2 star plans to have their marriage annulled.
“Jenelle wants absolutely nothing to do with him. She isn’t talking to him, she’s changed her number and she is totally done with him!” says a close friend of Evans.
“Jenelle wants to legally end this marriage and quit having Courtland in her life,” the friend adds. “She doesn’t want to forgive him right now and she just wants it over.”
Meanwhile, Rogers is eager to work out their differences. “I want to talk to my wife!” he tells Radar. “I can’t believe she is doing this to me!”
Evans revealed her intention to divorce Rogers last month because he left town when she was hospitalized for a possible miscarriage. She lost the baby days later.
The 21-year-old also filed assault charges against Rogers last month. According to Evans’ attorney Dustin Sullivan, Rogers physically abused the reality star “over a period of time.” If convicted, Rogers could receive a maximum of 150 days in jail for each charge.
