Cafe Muse to host Night of Comedy Friday Oct. 2nd, 2009 8:30p.m.-10:00p.m.
Hollywood,CA-Mark Christopher Lawrence aka "Big Mike" on NBC's Chuck is flexing his producing muscle at Cafe Muse in Hollywood, CA. The night of comedy will feature stand-up comics Scott Wood, Claude Shires, Dan Frederickson and Juggler-Comedian David Kamatoy. This show is produced in Mark Christopher Lawrence's "Clean Comedy" model in which all ages are welcome to attend. Cafe Muse is a cafe and coffeehouse, mostly vegan fare with an art gallery that is located in the heart of Hollywood's Theater Row.

Scott Wood aka "Mr. Punchline" will be closing the show. He is touted as the Stand-Up Comedy Champion after winning the Improv Comedy Club’s talent search for funniest comedian. He has kept audiences rolling in the aisles for more than 15 years. In a recent interview with David Kamatoy said...

Claude Shires has been seen on hit shows like CSI and Dexter. He is a Molecular Biologist, former Organ, Tissue harvester and Comedian. Claude was unavailable for comment.
Dan Frederickson is the young gun of the group who works in reality television by day who according to his myspace page states, "I am a stand up comic, and I'm hilarious!" Mark Christopher Lawrence was impressed with Dan's set last month and wanted to continue to support this young up and coming talent.
David Kamatoy "Juggler and/or Comedian" is touted as the number one Filipino comic juggler in America. His unique blend of comedy and juggling has entertained families for years up and down the West Coast. David will be juggling as much as the ceiling height allows including balls, clubs and toilet plungers.
