SENSORY NETWORKS ANNOUNCE US$4.9M FINANCING

Sensory Networks, the leader in acceleration technology for network security applications, today announced that it has successfully closed US $4.9M in new financing from existing investors including DB Capital Partners, Technology Venture Partners and the Individuals’ Venture Fund.

The funds will be used to expand Sensory Networks’ rapidly growing sales activities in the North American, Asia-Pacific and European markets. Sensory Networks’ award-winning Antivirus and IPS solutions are deployed by security appliance vendors worldwide to increase network performance and provide enhanced security protection for Small-Mid Sized Businesses and Enterprises. The company’s application software and acceleration technology is designed for easy integration into a broad range of network security products, from ultra low-end to high-end, using Sensory’s patented NodalCore C-2000 accelerators, or software-only libraries.
