Candy Spelling is in a full body cast.

The 64-year-old widow of TV producer Aaron Spelling is completely immobilised after having neck surgery last week.

The blonde millionaire had two discs fused to improve function in her right hand.

Candy's daughter Tori was also hospitalised last week with severe stomach pains.

The 36-year-old actress' representative confirmed: "Tori went to the hospital for abdominal pain. They released her, but she wasn't feeling better today so she returned to the hospital for more tests."

But Tori and Candy are unlikely to be sending each other get well cards.

The pair have been locked in a bitter feud since 2006, when Tori mocked her mother on her reality TV show 'So NoTORIous'.

The rift was exacerbated when Tori's late father and Candy's deceased husband Aaron left his daughter a derisory amount in his will.

Candy has since published a number of open letters to her daughter, branding her a "middle-aged reality star" and accusing her of withholding access to her children with husband Dean McDermott, Liam, two, and 15-month-old Stella.
