Another round of paparazzi pictures of Kate Middleton has the royals up in arms. This time the pictures are not of the Duchess of Cambridge sunbathing topless; they are of the pregnant royal sunbathing in a bikini while vacationing with husband Prince William in Mustique last week. A tiny baby bump is visible in the photos.
"We are disappointed that photographs of the Duke and Duchess on a private holiday look likely to be published overseas. This is a clear breach of the couple's right to privacy,” St. James's Palace told People magazine in a statement.
Chi magazine, the same Italian magazine that published the topless pictures, is set to publish the new round of baby bump pictures this week.
An insider tells Us Weekly magazine the royal couple is upset about their lack of privacy. "It's been a real sour note for the end of their trip. For Catherine, it was the first time she had shown her baby bump, and so for it to be exposed so quickly has shaken her up a little. They thought with the privacy laws on the island they would be able to spend a moment outside of the house without this happening,” the source says.
