In his role, Gentry will oversee all of the company’s business operational aspects including provisioning, quality assurance, customer service, and new product development.

Mr. Gentry maintains a long history of industry success. Prior to DataBank, he served several years as the Vice President of Managed Service Operations for SunGard Availability Services where he managed product engineering and the technical support of compute, storage, database and application management services. Before that, he managed VeriCenter’s client experience as the Vice President of Customer Service.
