In his remarks, Rep. Murphy described ETC as "a cutting edge, high technology manufacturing and integration company that services the requirements of a broad base of customers." He also recognized the Company as "one of the most important innovative manufacturers in Bucks County," and "a driving force of our economy" that "is at the forefront of technology manufacturing." ETC's work with institutions of higher learning and The National Aero Space Training and Research (NASTAR) Center's sub-orbital space flight training programs were also mentioned. Congressman Murphy presented the Company with a copy of his remarks and a flag that flew over the United States Capitol on September 26, the day that ETC celebrated its 40th Anniversary .William F.
