College Basketball; AP Top 25 Scoreboard from Feb. 5
Josh Carter scored 24 points and grabbed 10 rebounds while Acie Law IV added 21 points and 15 assists as the #6 Texas A&M Aggies (20-3) up-ended their in state rival Texas Longhorns (16-7) 100-82.
Antanas Kavaliauskas finished with 18 points and 11 boards for the Aggies who out-rebounded the Longhorns 42-30 in the game. Texas A&M shot 47 percent from beyond the three-point line and finished 50 percent from the field.
Kevin Durant had a big game for the Longhorns with 28 points and 15 rebounds while D.J. Augustin finished with 23 points and 9 assists.
The win moved the Aggies to 8-1 in the Big 12 and dropped the Longhorns to 6-3.
