The glamour model whose divorce from the Behind Closed Doors will be finalised this month is furious he has written a song about seven-year-old Harvey, entitled Unconditional, as she doesn’t think it represents the truth.
She fumed to Heat magazine: "He chose to only see him two nights every two weeks and that's not unconditional love."
Pete, 36, took on Harvey whose dad is soccer star Dwight Yorke when he and Katie, also known as Jordan, first got together and has always said he regards him as his own son.
The couple went on to have two children, Junior, four, and two-year-old Princess Tiaamii, before splitting in May.
Katie who is now dating cage fighter Alex Reid also revealed Pete has changed his mobile number so she can no longer contact him.
Katie, 31, said: Pete told me two days ago that he's changing his number so I can never contact him again. He has got a phone for the kids, so when I've got the kids, he phones on that. When he's got the kids, I have to phone it too. Which I think is stupid of him because if the kids ever have an accident, I have no one else to call."
