Kim Kardashian is one step closer to setting up house with boyfriend Kanye West. The pregnant reality star recently sold her Beverly Hills mansion to an unidentified buyer. The purchase price was not disclosed.
The 32-year-old reportedly paid $4.8 million for the five-bedroom, seven-bathroom home in March 2010. The Tuscan-style house, which features a pool, large media and outdoor dining and living rooms, was featured on Kardashian’s reality show Keeping Up With the Kardashians. It is also where her estranged husband Kris Humphries proposed with a 20.5-carat Lorraine Schwartz diamond ring in May 2011.
Kardashian, who is currently in the middle of a nasty divorce battle with Humphries, recently purchased an $11 million Bel Air mansion with West in preparation for the July birth of their first child. The mansion boasts a movie theater, hair salon, bowling alley, basketball court, gym and indoor and outdoor pools. Jennifer Aniston and Los Angeles Clippers star Chris Paul are among their new neighbors.
