February 18, 2013 (Memphis, Tenn.) – La Paloma Treatment Center, a recognized leader in the field of integrated treatment for substance abuse and/or co-occurring mental health disorders, is proud to announce the opening of a new building for outpatient services. The new location of the outpatient center will allow for an expansion of existing outpatient services and will more than double the current capacity for serving the community.
The new location for outpatient services is in East Memphis, at 1083 West Rex Road, and replaces the former locations on Brookhaven Circle. The additional space is needed in response to the growing demand for outpatient treatment services in Memphis. The new space will allow for the expansion of existing family and alumni services as well as ongoing programming for co-occurring health and substance use disorders.
Kyrstan Anderson, La Paloma Director of Outpatient Services, remarked, “We are really proud and excited to be opening our new outpatient center in Memphis, and we are grateful to the many people that have made this possible. This new location will allow us to expand our ability to serve an even greater number of men, women and families who need access to our services.”
La Paloma was founded in Memphis in 2007 and is part of Foundations Recovery Network, which owns and operates three inpatient and four outpatient treatment facilities across the country. A grand opening celebration for this new IOP location and ribbon cutting will take place in March 2013.
