Glenn Kosick has been working in the mining industry for 30 years. He founded MinnovEX Technologies Inc. and held the position of CEO and President from 1988 through 2005. MinnovEX was sold to SGS in Switzerland following 18 years of company success.
Thomas Pladsen had received his Chartered Accountant designation with KPMG LLP in Toronto in the mid 1980s. He has held several financial positions with mining and technology company since than. He was the CFO of Katanga Mining Ltd. from 2004 to 2006, CFO of Andina Minerals Inc. from 2005 to 2008, and since December of 2008 he was the CFO of Merc International Minerals Inc.
Glenn Dobby held the position of VP of MinnovEX from 1990 through 2005. Prior to working at MinnovEX he was an Associate Professor at the University of Toronto in the Dept. of Metallurgy and Materials Science. He holds a PhD in metallurgical engineering from McGill University.
