The Playboy mogul has already had talks with Juno writer Diablo Cody about shooting a biopic, but is now keen to create a version for New York’s Broadway theatre district.
He said: Steve Watts, who has written a biography about me, wants to make it into a TV mini-series. I've told him that until the feature is done, we can't do that. They've also talked about a Broadway musical. All of it makes sense to me.
The 83-year-old publisher who is currently dating 20-year-old twins Kristina and Karissa Shannon and 23-year-old Crystal Harris insists he has no immediate plans to slow down because he loves what he does.
He is currently promoting his TV show The Girls Next Door, which follows the lives of his live-in girlfriends at the Playboy Mansion.
Hugh explained to US TV channel E!: I think if you retire, then that's the beginning of the end. I think the show and my job for the magazine, it's what keeps me alive. I have no plans to retire.

Despite receiving criticism for dating much younger girls, Hugh insists his partners and their families couldn’t be happier.
He revealed: I got the sweetest letter from the twins grandmother who raised them. She said how happy she was that they're here and they're good girls and that this was going to be a good thing for them.
