Mr. Massetti will continue as the Company's CFO until the company completes its 2009 third-quarter earnings announcement. The Company is in the process of a replacement search for the position of CFO and is considering both internal and external candidates. Until a permanent replacement for Mr. Massetti is named, Robert Fishman, has been named interim CFO.

Repros Therapeutics Inc. (NASDAQ:RPRX) fell 22.04% to $1.45 on over 4.72 million shares after Repros Therapeutics Inc. announced today that Repros has entered into a definitive agreement with institutional investors to sell 3.5 million shares of its common stock at $1.27 per share for gross proceeds of approximately $4.4 million. The offering is expected to close on or about October 9, 2009. Repros Therapeutics Inc. (RPRX) is a development-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on the development of oral small molecule drugs for unmet medical needs.
