Men’s nutrition has become a very important part of mainstream health and fitness. He believes that one needs to eat right if one wants the right body and almost everyone who wants a better body is probably already eating right. However, most people don’t think beyond the conventional diet and supplement guidelines and tend to ignore some very interesting men’s nutrition guidelines in their quest for better health and fitness levels.

Hunter explains, “Most people may be serious about improving your body but, I bet they could do much better by thinking out of the box. One can use the latest men’s nutrition tips to take your eating habits to the next level.” He adds, “What are these men’s nutrition tips we are talking about? They include your regular protein shakes along with choosing the right foods in your daily diet to build more muscle”.

Here Hunter’s three men’s nutrition tips to muscle up your diet:

Men’s nutrition tip #1: Have green tea instead of coffee. Green tea helps in reducing the fat from your abs by increasing fat oxidation directly in the stomach.

Men’s nutrition tip #2: Ensure that your protein shake is super-powered protein with some branched chain amino acids like leucine help stimulate the production of insulin within the body.

Men’s nutrition tip #3: Indulge yourself in fat-free Greek yogurt. Greek yogurt has more than twice the protein and less than half the carbs as compared to regular yogurt.

About Prograde Nutrition: Launched in April of 2007, Florida based Prograde Nutrition was created by two fitness professionals concerned with the lack of an ethical dietary supplement company for personal trainers to refer clients to. Prograde does not make its products available in any stores. Instead, customers can only find them online, or through fitness experts they term "Prograde Pros."

The success of the company is largely in part to the faith of the personal training community in the company's founders, Jim Labadie, Ryan Lee, Jayson Hunter and Sammy See.
